National Geographic Kids Sets Two World Records!
Guinness World Records presented National Geographic Kids with two world records on February 5! The first record is for the most people to run 100 meters in 24 hours which was set at 30,914 people running between October 26 and 27, and the second record is for the largest collection of shoes for recycling, which Guinness counted at 16,407 shoes. The shoes which will be recycled by Nike into material for athletic surfaces.
