    They may look small and cute, but dachshunds, like these three looking out of a pickup truck in Arizona, are pretty tough. They were first bred hundreds of years ago in Germany to hunt badgers and wild boar.

Collies were first bred hundreds of years ago in England and Scotland as herding dogs. They are loyal and affectionate and are always among the most popular of family dogs.
