This was taken in the early spring of this year. The violets were amazing near our home, there were so many! Just as I was turning my head with my camera, my cat Salem came bounding towards me in the violets. I snapped a photo and really loved the results.

This is a photo I took of my puppy, two days after her surgery. She was unable to do too much running around after her surgery, and finally she was healed up enough to run. And the pure joy and freedom she showed was beautiful.
