Pico de Gallo
Try making your own pico de gallo (pee-koh deh GUY-yo) next time you want something to go with tortilla chips!
YOU WILL NEED
1/4 cup (1/8 pint) chopped fresh cilantro
2 1/2 cups (1 1/4 pints) chopped ripe tomatoes
1 chopped jalapeño
1 medium diced onion
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
