Oatmeal

Make this oatmeal to start your day off on a healthy note! Don't forget, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

YOU WILL NEED

3 cups
(712 mL) water
2 cups
(475 mL) oats
2/3 cup
(158 mL) sugar
1/8 teaspoon (1/2 milliliter) salt
1 cup
(237 mL) fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries
1 banana
2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) refrigerated french vanilla non-dairy coffee creamer

HERE'S HOW

With the help of an adult, in a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in the oats, sugar and salt. Remove from the heat and stir in the blueberries, banana, and creamer.
