Get a taste of Mexico when you make this yummy treat.
YOU WILL NEED
French bread baguette
2 cups (475 mL) refried beans
12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Pico de gallo
With the help of an adult, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C). Slice the baguette in half, lengthwise. Then, cut it into thick pieces. Spread with the beans and top with cheese. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about five minutes, or until the cheese melts and the beans are hot. Top with pico de gallo.
