Ghastly Ghosts
Follow these instructions to create your own miniature ghosts. Then hang them all over your house.

YOU WILL NEED
- Small round or oval balloons
- White wrapping tissue (20 inches [51 centimeters]) on a side or larger
- Rubber bands
- String
- Black felt-tip marker
HERE'S HOW
Blow up several balloons and knot them at the neck. (You may want to ask an adult to help.) Place each balloon in the center of a sheet of tissue paper. Gather the paper around the balloon and secure it with a rubber band. Draw a scary face on each ghost.
Hang each ghost up by tying a string to the rubber band.
