Louis in London

The Tube

In London we use loads of public transport like the bus, the Tube, and the train, and loads of overground trains. Normally I use the Tube to go to school or I use the bus. Our parents don't have a car so they also take the Tube to go to work.

It's very modern and they keep on improving the service and the carriages. So on weekends they close certain lines and replacement bus services are used to follow the exact travel the tubes take.

This is Brixton Tube station, which is my closest one. It's normally very busy because it is on the Victoria Line, which leads into Central London where everyone works.
