Eton Mess is a very nice dessert. The name comes from Eton which is England's most famous private school and mess I will explain at the end of my blog. To make Eton Mess you will need strawberries or any other berry fruit, cream, and meringues.
Start by preparing the strawberries (washing and top & tailing). Leave to dry. Then put one meringue into each bowl. Add your washed
berries in the bowl with the meringue.
