Sam: I have lived in Johannesburg for five years, I have lived in Hong Kong, Guam, and Mauritius.

Q: How old are you? How many brothers and sisters do you have?
Sam:
I will be 13 soon and I have one younger sister, Jessica.

Q: Do you have a pet?

Q: What's the coolest part about living in Johannesburg?
Sam: It's the biggest city in South Africa.

Q: What language do people speak in Johannesburg?
Sam: Afrikaans, English, Zulu, Sotho, Venda, etc.

Q: Are there any big holidays in Johannesburg during May/June and what is celebrated?
Sam: Workers day and Youth Day.

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?
Sam: Listen to music, ride my bike, read and skateboard.

Q: Do you play sports? What's your favorite   
Sam: Yes, soccer.

Q: Do you like school? What's it like? What's your favorite subject?
Sam: Yes, It is very organized and traditional, my favorite subjects are English and Math.
   
Q: Do you play video games? What are some favorites, and what are favorite movies and books?
Sam: Yes, Wii Family Ski, PS2 Eye Toy Play 2, PS2 Family Game Night, Wii Sports, Wii Play and PS2 The Sims 2. My favorite movies are 50 First Dates, The Bucket List, and 302 (a production made at Sugar Bay camp), and my favorite books are Ruby in the Smoke by Phillip Pullman, Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery and Our Lady Elizabeth by Allison Weir.
   
Q: What is a typical day like for you?
Sam: Wake up, have breakfast, get changed, go to school, do afternoon sports, come home, homework, read, have a shower, dinner, study and then bed.
