Montréal Festivals

Photo: Fireworks in MontrealIn Montréal there are many festivals in both summer and winter. Popular summer festivals are the Montréal International Jazz Festival, a comedy festival called Just for Laughs, the Francofolies, and the World Film Festival.

Photo: Ferris wheel at nightOn that night a friend and I went country dancing at the City Hall, listened to a concert, danced to techno music, met a shaman (who was not really good), and queued up to go to the big wheel ride.

But the queue (line) was so long... I was too tired to wait!

this really makes me want to go to Montréal

That's cool. Here in Texas, we have things called Rodeos where people can ride rides, eat, and watch calf roping, bull riding, barrel racing and other different sports! It's normally held in February-March!

Nice sharing, thank you
