Houseboating on the Hawksberry River

Hi again! Last week I went on a house boat.  It was a trip on the Hawksberry River, which is only 45 minutes drive from Sydney. It was so cool. When I got off I felt like the ground was still rocking like when I was on the boat.  I really enjoyed it.
I went with my grandma and grandpa. My grandma's name is Maggie and my grandpa's name is Rob. My grandma had just come home from a trip to Italy and she brought me back a lovely coloring book. It had funny pictures and little stories (my grandma had to translate them for me as I can't read  Italian). The water was just the right temperature so we went swimming a lot. There were many beautiful sights and lots and lots of sandstone. We went to a restaurant that had lots of different types of French food.  It also had a wonderful garden with lots of specimens of different bugs. There were lots of cicada shells and a dead black prince cicada.

Photo: Bugs and snailsI found an unusual black beetle that had  strange bumps and markings on his back so I named him Dreadlock. And I also found a Christmas beetle (Christmas is very soon).  When we had to hook our rope to the buoy it was scary because the motor was still running and if we missed the buoy then we would have crashed into the boat next to us.

We also watched an eagle that was trying to catch its dinner.

Thats so cool. Whats it like in school in austrailia? I hear that when your in 6th grade you have to go to boarding school, is that true? If it is, thats awful! I'm from America, where thats un-heard of(Sorta).

i am soon moving to sidney so i need to know.is it hard or just right or very easy?

That sounds cool but i have to admit my suite is quite nice in my home. I have 2 bedrooms attatched and one I sleep in and the other is my art room/playroom.
