Keep Jumping

guinness-jumping-jacktag.jpgIt's not too late to join the jump! You have until 3 p.m. ET today to help NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC KIDS and kids around the world break the Guinness World Record for the most people doing jumping jacks. All you have to do is one minute of jumping jacks!

We need more than 20,000 people to do jumping jacks to break the record. So get your friends, sports teams, afterschool groups--even your entire school--to participate!

Read the rules and download the forms so your jumping jacks will count. Or find a location near you and join a group that is jumping today.

(Bonus! Earn a special certificate if your organization helps break the record with a group of more than 100 people!)

hey i think that its a good ideal for us as little kids can take our energy and put it in something good. so i just want to thank you mrs. obama for doing this your really cool keep up the fantasic work !

I'm a teacher and my school will be participating in the event. However, we can not complete the task before 3:00pm due to tests, interrupting classes, etc. We are going to do it anyways!

We had 18 people jumping with our Special Olympics Palm Beach County group and had a blast.

We hope that all of you had as much fun as we did!

Thank you Mrs. Obama for giving us this wonderful opportunity to get in shape and try to be part of a Guinness World record.

Sincerely,
Special Olympics FL Palm Beach County
