Bonjour from Stefan

We just spent a really fun weekend in Quebec City, Canada. In Quebec they speak French and English, but French is their first language. It was kind of weird to be someplace where they speak a different language.

Tyler and I stayed in a bed & breakfast for the first time in Quebec. There were two queen-sized beds that were comfortable and a little table for us to eat our breakfast at. When I woke up in the morning, I would go downstairs to get breakfast. One morning, I got breakfast for my Dad and Tyler too. I was going up and down the stairs a lot. For breakfast they gave us croissants (which Mommy said was very French), apples, bananas, hot chocolate and tang. As for the food, I've had pizza in EVERY place we've been so far. Quebec's pizza was the best so far.
In Quebec, we went to a chocolate museum. We also stopped by La Citadelle of Quebec, which is a big fort.

I learned five words in French:
1. Bonjour (hello or good day)
2. Merci (thank you)
3. Bonsoir (good evening ... I said it going into the restaurants for dinner)
4. Lait (milk)
5. Au revoir (goodbye)

Well that's it. Au revoir for now!

Hi Stefan and Tyler,

The changing of the guard is just like the one in Buckingham Palace.
I love your football shirt Stefan!
It's great to see you still supporting Fulham (who won today 3-1 against Celtic). We all went to the match.
Here in England we have to learn French in school.

Au Revoir,
Casey

p.s. you're so lucky you and Tyler get to play alot of DS Nintendo.

Hi Stefan and Tyler,

Sounds like you are having a great trip so far! My family and I start our trip in 11 days - we sold our car to our friends yesterday and are getting more shots this week, before saying goodbye to my grandparents in New Hampshire then heading to Spain!

I also hope I get to play my DS like you, but I think my mom is going to be a tougher teacher than Mr. Parker, my teacher last year in second grade!
